RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS
Thank you for shopping with LamTuan (lamtuan-jp.com). Please be advised that we operate on a strict "No Returns, No Exchanges, and No Refunds" policy for all items purchased through our store. 

Once an order has been successfully placed, processed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, reasons such as a change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect size/color selection, or mistakes made during checkout. 

We do not accept any return packages. Any items sent back to our address (including 大阪市西区南堀江) will be automatically rejected, and no refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.

SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS (FINAL SALE)
Please note that all promotional items, items purchased during sale events, clearance items, items with discount codes applied, and gift cards are strictly considered "FINAL SALE." Under no circumstances can these items be evaluated for a replacement, store credit, or refund. By purchasing a sale item, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Damages and Mistakes by the Store (Exceptions Only)
We take great care in inspecting and packaging every order. In the absolute exceptional case where we shipped the wrong product due to our mistake, or the item is inherently defective (applicable to regular-priced items only), we will evaluate the issue case-by-case.

To be eligible for an evaluation, you must contact us at lamtuan.officiall@gmail.com strictly within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp (as indicated by the carrier's tracking system). Any requests submitted after this 24-hour delivery window will be automatically rejected, and no exceptions will be made.

You must provide the following required proof:
1. Your Order Number and proof of purchase.
2. A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label, the package packaging, and the defect/damage.
3. High-resolution photos of the damaged item.

Please note: We do NOT accept returns or physical send-backs under any circumstances. If your claim is approved at our sole discretion, we will issue a Store Credit (Discount Code) or arrange a replacement. No cash refunds will be processed.
