SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on the carrier and your location.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
LamTuan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Important Note on Returns:
As stated in our Return Policy, please review your shipping address and product selections carefully before purchasing. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and we do not accept any return packages. Mismatches due to buyer selection or address errors will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
